After living in Los Angeles for almost a decade, Jerry Cantrell, the grunge guitarist of rock band «Alice in Chains,» has reportedly listed his home in North Hollywood for $1.49 million. He purchased the place in 2005 for $1.75 million. Looks like he is selling at a slight loss.
According to the listing records, the home is a 2151 square feet single family residence that sits on a 0.26 acre lot. Built in 1936 the home boasts of Spanish mid-century style architecture. The home comprises of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Interiors of the house feature stone-tiled, carpeted and hardwood flooring with floor-to-ceiling glass doors and wood-framed French windows.
