Horas después de actuar en el programa de David Letterman con Zac Brown, Dave Grohl y Taylor Hawkins fueron al McKittrick Hotel de Nueva York para sumarse al concierto que el fotógrafo Danny Clinch ofreció con su Tangiers Blues Band para celebrar el lanzamiento de su nuevo libro. Así, tocaron el “Miss You” de The Rolling Stones y el “From a Buick 6″ de Bob Dylan.

Llamar la relación a largo plazo de Courtney Love con su hija Frances Bean Cobain «rocosa» sería un eufemismo.
Feudos públicos, dramas judiciales y peleas de Twitter han mantenido a madre e hija a raya durante muchos años.
Pero después de un cierto crecimiento y maduración en ambos lados, Love, de 50 años, dice que las dos han sido capaces de unirse – y que ahora se llevan bien, mejor que nunca-.

To call Courtney Love‘s long-term relationship with daughter Frances Bean Cobain «rocky» would be an understatement.
Public feuds, courtroom drama and Twitter fights have kept the mother and daughter at bay for many years.
But after some growth and maturation on both ends, Love, 50, says the two have been able to come together – and are now getting along better than ever.
«It’s really good,» Love told PEOPLE at Saturday’s Sons of Anarchy premiere in Los Angeles. «We live four doors down from each other!»
Bean, now 22, was only 1 when her father, Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain, committed suicide. Today, she largely stays out of the limelight – with a few exceptions.
«I respect how reclusive she is. She’s very tasteful,» says her mother, who joined FX’s Sons of Anarchy for its final season. «You know, she’s Frances Bean. A lot is expected of her, and she handles it so well. She’s a very strong girl.»

En cuanto a la reunión de Hole, Love es optimista en que ella, Eric Erlandson, Melissa Auf der Maur Y Patty Schemel estarán tocando en 2015, e insiste en que su relación tensa con la banda es una cosa del pasado. «Es más importante para mí actuar ahora mismo que tocar rock ‘n’ roll», dice. «Yo y Melissa y Patty y Eric hemos ensayado unas cuantas veces. Para lograr eso, tendríamos que hacer un poco de música que es relevante a ahora, y nos gustaría tener productor moderno. No voy a hacer las cosas antiguas. Mi relación con Melissa, Patty y Eric es buena. En este punto de mi vida, ninguno es mi enemigo. «¿Cualquier rencilla o problems con ese pasado? he pasado de ello».

As for a Hole reunion, Love is optimistic that she, Eric Erlandson, Melissa Auf der Maur and Patty Schemel will play in 2015, and she insists that her strained relationship with the band is a thing of the past. «It’s more important for me to act right now than to play rock ‘n’ roll,» she says. «Me and Melissa and Patty and Eric have rehearsed a few times. In order to pull that off, we’d have to make some music that’s relevant to now, and we’d have to get a modern producer. I’m not going to do the oldies circuit. My relationships with Melissa, Patty and Eric are all great. At this point in my life, no one is my enemy. Any grudges or issues with that past? I’m done with it.»
